Spring Testing Machine

We are instrumental in providing our clients with a qualitative range of Leaf Spring Testing machines that are used for testing various types of leaf and laminated springs for load rate as per IS:1135-1984. Our Leaf Spring Testing machines are helpful in measuring ranges and are available with auto load selection facility. Its large size table for wide range of springs with motorized rapid adjustment of test height makes it ideal for use in various industrial establishments. Its standard auto graphic recorder with over load and over travel safety provisions facilitate Compression, Shear, Brinell and Bending test s which are embedded in it. Its load stabilizer facility which is optional has an extra attachment which is used to maintain a desired load constant at specific deflection, enabling it to measure easily and accurately. We can also supply machines for helical compression springs and Disc springs. Its various Models have a maximum capacity from 100 kN to 500 kN. Its loading accuracy is well within ±1%, conforming to IS: 1828 / BS: 1610 as per international standards. Its analogue, digital and computerized versions are also available and can be customized as per the requirements of the customer.
